Welcome to all3sports.net!

We wanted to help folks answer some questions that we hear fairly often, so we set up this site to upload some "how-to" videos we've made and will continue to make. Along the way we'll be adding some product reviews and descriptions. All of this is designed to help make your triathlon decisions easier!

High Falls Sprint Triathlon

Athletes were greeted with a cloudy morning and occasional mist. A change of transition area made for a better race setup over previous years. The swim start was much more open this year and cut down on the early crowding. This is one of my favorite bike courses with generally climbing the first half and descending the second half. The new run course added a hill at the 1.5 mile turn around but you were coasting home the last half. The overcast day provided fast times and the All3sports men and women were among the best in their age groups. I was happy to do my part and bring home the Gold in the 60-64 age group.

Race Report Indian Springs Triathlon

The Indian Springs Sprint Triathlon took place on one of the hottest days of the year. The start temp was about 80 degrees with an even higher humidity. Chuck Dunlap did his usual great job of producing a first class event. The All3sports men’s team showed up in force and graced the awards podium many times during the post race events. Most of the women were waiting for the Iron Girl race the next morning. Since I am not a fan of hot weather I dialed my effort back considerably to make sure I wouldn’t melt before the finish. I was happy to still get the age group win but not impressed with my time. Congratulations to all of my team members and their fine efforts.
