We wanted to help folks answer some questions that we hear fairly often, so we set up this site to upload some "how-to" videos we've made and will continue to make. As far as I know, Mark Maclachlan and I were the only All3Sports representatives at Florida’s Great Escape triathlon in Clermont, Fl this past weekend.
Mark, me and a lot of others were surprised to find ourselves moved down to younger age groups as they scored the race based on your age on race day and not the standard USAT age groups. In Marks case it didn’t make any difference as he handily won his younger age group. In my case I placed third in the 55-59 age group in stead of first in the 60-64 age group. The good news is that we both got slots for Escape from Alcatraz on June 8th.
It was a cool, windy morning in Clermont. Good practice for the expected weather in San Francisco.
Let’s face it…if you ask most Triathletes what their least favorite event is, more than likely you would hear them say loud and proud “SWIMMING”. It doesn’t have to be this way though; swimming can be fun with the right training gear and the proper knowledge. Read the rest of this entry »
Our first results of the season came courtesy of two new team members, Larry Mayse and Mark MacLaclan! Larry and Mark competed in the Florida’s Great Escape Triathlon in Clermont, FL on March 9, 2008. Larry was nice enough to write in about the race:

We are really excited about the group of folks we have for the team this year! We are happy to announce we will have two team co-captains this year, returning all3sports athletes Andy Stephenson and Ken Brown!
